Texoma Gardening

Look at this lovely:  Lakota squash.  It's a winter squash that I'll definitely be trying out this year.  Lakota takes a long time to mature, so I'll be making room in my garden as soon as my summer harvest is over with.  I hear that it makes very good pies, and is also a good baking squash.  Can't wait!
